These are catalogs of the halos above 10**6 MSun/h for the VELA Generation 3 and Generation 6 simulations. The catalogs were generated by Rockstar, developed by Peter Behroozi.

The Generation 3 and Generation 6 catalogs can be found in the respective Generation3 and Generation6 Directories in this folder. 

Each Generation is subdivided as follows:

Rockstar: This folder contains all of the rockstar catalogs, and files used to run and configure rockstar. The halos_***.0.ascii contain the halo catalogs for each snapshot, where *** is the scale factor(a)*1000. The .bin files were used for the generation of the consistent trees catalogs.

Consistent_Trees: This folder contains all of the files generated by consistent trees. The halo catalos are found in the hlist folder, where each snapshot can be found in the hlist_0.*****.list file, where ***** is the a*10000. The outputs folder contains the calculations and discrimination consistent trees used when making the merger trees. The trees folder contains the merger tree of the simulation.

Baryon_Mass: This folder contains the information about the gas and stellar mass of each halo found by rockstar/consistent trees. For more info on this folder, see github.com/sflarkin/satellite_analysis.
